Computer chip maker Advanced Micro Devices Inc. delivered strong fourth quarter revenue and profit today, easily beating analysts expectations. The company reported a profit before certain costs such as stock compensation of 52 cents per share on revenue of $3.24 billion. Wall Street had been modeling a profit of 47 cents per share on $3.03 billion
